Man in the Sea Museum Scholarship

We are excited to be able to offer this scholarship to our Military Diving families and are grateful for the donations and volunteer efforts that enable us to continue this amazing operation.

Mission
WE ARE A 501.C.3 ORGANIZATION YOUR DONATIONS ARE A TAX DEDUCTION
Since college education has been demonstrated to be a significant cornerstone for achieving a successful career, those who have not had the opportunity to earn a college degree often do not always have the skills needed to achieve their dreams. The most significant reason that many of our fellow service member’s children do not have the opportunity to earn a college degree is the high cost of a college education. Military Divers are among the hardest working people that willingly labor at one of the highest risk and toughest jobs in the country. They generally do not earn enough to bear the high cost of a college education for their children without some type of financial assistance. The children of many Military Divers aspire to achieve a higher education but cannot afford or qualify for student loans at the increasing interest rates.
The Man in the Sea Museum now takes on a new mission to generate funds that will provide scholarship assistance to the children and grandchildren of U.S. Military Divers. We are excited to focus on this mission and are grateful for the donations and volunteer efforts that enable us to operate toward success with this worthy mission.
